We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of IT to lead our technology operations and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organization s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security systems

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT services

- Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business objectives

- Collaborate with internal teams to support software development and technology initiatives

- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes

- Manage IT budgets, vendors, technology assets, and licensing requirements

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams

- Establish and maintain IT policies,



procedures, and best practices

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend cutting-edge solutions to improve business efficiency

Requirements

- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, M CA, or a related field

- 10 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Technology Management

- Minimum 10 12 years of experience in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity

- Experience in IT Service Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

- ITIL, CISSP, CompTIA Security+

- CCNA / CCNP

- PMP / PRINCE2

- AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Administrator
