Job Summary

Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartners mission-critical sales and services priorities and works with sales and services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, youll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartners sales and services teams, which are delivering approximately 9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support global sales and services teams comprised of nearly 9,000 associates who sell to and service every major function, industry and market sector around the world.

About this role

This role is part of the GSSO s Process and Program Analytics team. We innovate the way the Sales and Services teams help clients receive value and enable smarter decision making by functional leaders who are our clients. This role would entail supporting cross-functional efforts to proactively uncover new ideas, opportunities, and strategies on the way we function as a Global Sales and Services Operations organization to drive higher client retention. You will also have opportunities to work on several business initiatives and contribute to problem solving, leading to continuous improvement. You will work with senior stakeholders and provide analytical insights to solve business problems. What you'll do

- Work with senior stakeholders to understand problem statements, provide initial scope,



and bring together cross-functional teams to help problem-solve and drive execution
- Leverage AI and other data analytics tools to analyze unstructured or structured data for prediction, actionable insights, and recommendations to drive up Gartner retention and CV
- Be the subject matter expert and facilitator for quantitative and qualitative problem solving covering strategic priorities
- Support strategic decision making through a deep understanding of the business supported by descriptive analysis, proof-of-concept curation, and effective prioritization
- Deliver on and support cross-functional projects that drive strategic priorities across services & delivery
- Lead problem solving and ensure the right stakeholders and teams are involved at the right stage
- Drive transparency and clear communication across projects
- Synthesize inputs, constraints and expected outcomes across teams to inform strategic decision making
- Ensure successful roll-out of projects by working with cross-functional teams across L&D;, Comms, Ops, etc

What you'll need
- Graduation in Engineering, Maths or Statistics from institute of repute. MBA would be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience involved in business analytics and project management.
- Practical experience leveraging AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics to create actionable fact bases from unstructured data; large-scale automation of categorization, sentiment analysis,



and insight extraction a strong plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office expertise - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrable experience with SQL databases is a must.
- Demonstrable experience with Python is a must.
- Working knowledge of basic Machine learning techniques, leveraging AI at scale, and prediction modeling would be nice to have
- Deep analytical thinker with experience in deriving business insights from data analytics
- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and bring out the so what from data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; Be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill on them in a proactive manner
- Preferably having experience in project management and execution of cross-functional projects, ideally in a global set up
- Experience, maturity, and ability to prioritize and manage workload in order to meet deadlines; proficient in multitasking; Experience working in an international environment
- You want to engage senior, global clients in strategic discussions leading to programs that directly impact Gartner's top and bottom line
- You love quantitative problem solving and are excited about representing business information in a clear and concise manner
