- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Recruit, train, and develop current agents to join the team.
- Oversee daily operations of the agency, including inventory management, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in general insurance or life insurance industry.
- Proven track record in agent recruitment, development, and retention.
- Strong understanding of BFSI sales channels (agency channel) as well as tied channel distribution networks.
- Excellent field sales skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
