- Cost Estimation & BOQ: Prepare accurate material take-offs, cost estimations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for civil construction projects.
- 2D Drafting & AutoCAD: Read, analyze, and modify structural drawings and architectural layouts using AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling & Elevation: Create 3D models and structural elevation designs to visualize project scopes and improve estimation precision.
- Tender Analysis: Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify potential cost optimizations and risks.
- Vendor Coordination: Obtain and evaluate quotes from sub-contractors and vendors to ensure competitive project pricing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and construction materials.
- Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and Excel skills for accurate budgeting.
- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
