Key Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and motivate teams to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Strong capability to manage processes using defined metrics and KPIs.
- Proven experience managing large teams in high-volume environments.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate with 4+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a BPO environment.
- Versatile to work across shifts (US, India, APAC, Middle East, and EMEA).

Minimum Qualifications

- Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate (B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA Finance).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities for P2P 4B:

- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations including Invoice Processing, Vendor Master Management, Payment Processing, Query Resolution, and Reconciliations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate teams to consistently achieve SLA, KPI, productivity, and quality targets.
- Monitor operational performance and drive process improvements through metrics-based governance.




- Manage client interactions and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Analyze operational data, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Handle escalations, risk management, and business continuity requirements.
- Support transitions, knowledge transfer activities, and process stabilization.

Key Responsibilities for R2R- 4B

Accounting / Finance Graduate / Post Graduate. Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred
• Proven people management skills
• Functional / domain knowledge in F&A; processes, good analytical skills
• Experience on process simplification / transformation.
• 5 years of F&A; experience of which 2+ years of GL experience.
• Accounting degree(CA/CPA)
Typical Responsibilities include:
a) Managing team
b) Act as single point of contact for client (for Operational issues)
c) Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements
d) Identify and execute transformation projects
e) Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
f) Ensure quality of the deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on SAP or Oracle platforms.
