; Roles & Responsibilities
- ;Develop and execute training strategies for employees and HCPs aligned with International Business priorities.
- ;Design and develop structured onboarding, field certifications, competency assessment, and refresher training programs for direct and indirect employees across the international markets.
- ;Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for surgeons, nurses, OR staff, and allied health care professionals.
- ;Plan and conduct hand-on procedural training through workshops, cadaver labs, live animal labs (where permitted), simulation-based training and clinical skills programs.
- ;Partner with KOLs to develop, validate and deliver scientific and procedural education programs.
- ;Organise and support advisory boards, faculty meetings and scientific exchange programs and speaker development initiatives.
- ;Coordinate proctorship, observership and fellowship programs to enhance clinical adoption.
- ;Facilitate clinical immersion programs in partnership with leading institutes, societies and KOLs.
- ;Develop presentations, procedural guides, case studies, clinical pathways, and digital learning modules.
- ;Ensure all HCP education programs comply with applicable regulations, and local market requirements.
- ;Maintain training documentation and records to support compliance and audit requirements.
; Qualifications
- ;Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or MBA preferred.
- ;812 years of experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare, with a strong background in clinical education, HCP training, sales training, or skilled education.;
