Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Visit paint dealers, hardware shops, contractors, and builders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business and increase market coverage.
- Collect orders and follow up on payments.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and expense reports.
- Mandatory Candidate should from paint industry background.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Experience in Paints, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, or related industries preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.

Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives + TA/DA + Petrol Allowance
