About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic PPC Executive / Senior Executive to manage production planning, material planning, inventory control, and production scheduling activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, optimum inventory levels, timely customer deliveries, and effective utilization of plant resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
- Manage production scheduling based on demand forecasts and plant capacity.
- Coordinate with SCM for raw material planning and availability.
- Create and manage Production Orders in SAP Business One.
- Monitor BOMs, inventory levels, material consumption, and production receipts.
- Track production performance against plans and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
- Generate production MIS, variance reports, capacity utilization reports, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Production, SCM, Sales, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance,



and Finance teams.
- Support SAP Business One optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of PPC experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Business One or any ERP system.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience in Polymer, Petrochemical, Plastics, Chemical, or Process Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
