Role & responsibilities
- Drive general insurance business through Common Service Centres (CSCs), POSP/IRDA agents, and other assigned rural channels.
- Recruit, train, and activate agents in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Expand partnerships with Co-operative Banks, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), and Business Correspondents
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 8 years in the insurance industry, preferably in rural or microfinance channels.
Skills:
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with rural financial institutions and grassroots networks.
- Knowledge of general insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
