Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an authorized automobile dealership service department.
- Experience in handling CRM operations, customer satisfaction, and customer retention is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate





- Experience with Hyundai,Tata Cars,Mahindra - Personal & CommerciaL,Honda - Cars ,TVS - Two wheelers ,Honda - Power Products or other reputed automobile dealerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
