Role & responsibilities :

- Define system architecture for embedded products involving controllers, power electronics, industrial communicaXon, sensors, actuators, camera / lighXng interfaces, and safety circuits.
- Design schemaXc, BOM, and mulX-layer PCB for:
- Embedded controller boards
- Power supply, DC-DC, SMPS, and baYery management circuits
- Motor drive, relay, and industrial I/O circuits LighXng, sensor, and communicaXon interface boards
- Work on 8/16/32-bit and ARM-based designs involving mixed-signal electronics, high-current switching, distributed electronics, and field-deployable systems.
- Design and validate interfaces such as: UART, SPI, I2C, RS232 / RS422 / RS485, CAN / CAN FD, Ethernet and USB
- Develop field-ready circuits with isolaXon, ESD / surge protecXon, reverse polarity protecXon, grounding, and shielding.
- Perform board bring-up, prototype validaXon, debugging, and root-cause analysis for issues related to power sequencing, communicaXon, signal integrity, thermal, EMI/EMC, and manufacturing.
- Support EMI/EMC design, CE / IEC compliance acXviXes, environmental and pre-compliance tesXng.
- Work with firmware, sobware, mechanical, producXon, and sourcing teams during development, pilot builds, DFM / DFA reviews, and producXon release.
- ParXcipate in design reviews, FMEA, risk analysis, engineering changes, obsolescence management, and vendor interacXons

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics
- Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers / processors and embedded hardware design
- Valuable understanding of:



Signal and power integrity , Thermal design and component deraXng , Grounding, shielding, and field reliability
- EMI/EMC design and debugging
- Hands-on experience in design and validaXon of: DC-DC converters, SMPS, and baYery-powered systems Sensor, actuator, motor drive, and relay circuits , Industrial communicaXon and distributed electronics systems, Camera, lighting, and motion-control-related electronics
- Experience with Flash, EEPROM, SRAM, SDRAM, and related interfaces
- Hands-on experience in PCB design and review using AlXum, Allegro, OrCAD, or similar tools
- Experience in board tesXng and debugging using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, DMM, and protocol analyzers
- Exposure to CE compliance, IEC / EN standards, industrial cerXficaXon, and manufacturing support is desirable

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer with 68 years of experience in electronic product development for industrial and embedded systems. The role involves end-to-end hardware design and development for products involving:

- Embedded controllers and distributed electronics
- Motor drives, actuators, and industrial I/O
- Camera, lighXng, and sensor interfaces
- BaYery-powered and power-conversion systems
- RoboXcs, automaXon, and field-deployed machinery

The ideal candidate should come from a product company environment and have experience owning hardware from concept through production. Candidates from design consultancy or pure service organizations are considered if they have significant product ownership experience.
