Key Responsibilities

Cinematography

Plan and execute video shoots for corporate, podcast, and social media content.

Operate professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.

Frame shots creatively while maintaining brand aesthetics.

Set up lighting and audio for indoor and outdoor shoots.

Coordinate with the creative team to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Travel for on-location shoots whenever required.

Video Editing

Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Create engaging reels, shorts, podcasts, testimonials, interviews, and corporate films.

Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and motion graphics integration.

Add subtitles, transitions, animations, and graphics where required.

Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high production quality.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of cinematography principles,



camera angles, composition, and lighting.

Proficiency in:

o Adobe Premiere Pro

o Adobe After Effects

o Adobe Photoshop / illustrator(basic)

Experience in operating Mirrorless, or cinema cameras.

Knowledge of lighting setups and audio recordings.

Understanding social media video formats and platform requirements.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Solid communication and teamwork skills are important.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).

2–3 years of experience in cinematography and video editing.

A strong portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing work is mandatory.
