Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Senior Zoho Developer to lead end-to-end Zoho implementations, automation initiatives, and enterprise workflow solutions across multiple business functions.The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Zoho ecosystem products, advanced Deluge scripting, API integrations, and business process automation. The role requires someone who can independently manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete Zoho implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support
- Develop and customize solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics
- Build advanced workflows, Deluge scripts, custom functions, and automation processes
- Design custom widgets and integrate third-party APIs
- Optimize existing Zoho implementations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, and maintainability




- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Analytics

- Advanced knowledge of Deluge scripting
- Experience with custom functions, workflows, and automation
- Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Understanding of Zoho One ecosystem
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Zoho Flow
- Exposure to enterprise-level automation projects
- Experience working with multiple business functions/departments
- Team mentoring or leadership experience

Preferred Profile

- Experience leading large-scale Zoho implementation projects
- Strong understanding of business process automation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
