Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) by ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000, while managing internal, customer, and certification audits.
2. Drive process and product quality across blown film extrusion, bag making, flexographic printing, and paper packaging through process controls, inspections, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Manage customer and supplier quality, including complaint resolution, new product approvals, supplier audits, incoming quality, and adherence to customer specifications.
4. Lead and develop the QA/QC team, establish KPIs, conduct training, and foster a culture of 5S, Kaizen, and data-driven quality improvement.
5. Implement quality improvement and compliance initiatives using FMEA, SPC, PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, DMAIC,



and COPQ, while ensuring regulatory, food safety, and social compliance standards are met.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Plastics, Polymer, or Packaging Technology.
- Experience: in Plastic/Versatile Packaging Quality, including in a managerial role; experience in film extrusion, bag making, or flexographic printing preferred.
- Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRCGS Packaging, BSCI/SEDEX/SMETA.
- Software: Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ERP.
- Skills: Audit Management, RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC,
