Designation- FMCG - Team Lead-Business Development (Min experience of 7-10 members of team handling)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Team Handling role. Assigning targets & roster to Sales Executives.
2. Need to meet all Retailers and Chemist Stores as per planned roster Tentative per day.
3. Meet buyers (retailers), sell the idea of B2B e-Commerce, where pricing is transparent with assured delivery without compromising on quality (same day or next day delivery).
4. Generate orders from Retailers and meet assigned targets.
5. Work as a team leader, together with the team to help solve the issues for the buyers.
6. Maintain positive relationship with buyers and always keep customer satisfaction at premium level.
7. Should own a vehicle (2-wheeler) and should possess a valid Driving license
