- Generate and qualify leads for home loan products through inbound and outbound sales channels.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable home loan solutions.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, EMI options, and documentation requirements.
- Convert leads into successful loan applications by providing end-to-end sales support.
- Coordinate with partner banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Assist customers in collecting and verifying required loan documentation.
- Follow up with customers and lending partners to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Cross-sell related services such as insurance, legal services,
and property registration.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and application status in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and loan disbursement targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide a seamless borrowing experience.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and company sales processes.
