Role & responsibilities :

- Software Deployment: Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software on Hortisort machines,both in our main production facility and at client sites.
- Machine Calibration: Follow established protocols to calibrate machines during setup, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our performance standards.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Learn to use system logs, debug counters, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve machine performance issues.
- Field Support & Travel: Travel to various deployment sites as needed to help set up machines, install software, and provide on-site technical support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to report bugs, share observations from the field,



and help improve our machine setup processes.
- Documentation: Keep simple, accurate records of the software versions installed and the calibration steps taken for each machine.
