U.S Accountant

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Shift: 5:00 PM 3:00 AM

Role Objective:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical U.S. Accountant to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a robust understanding of U.S. accounting principles and financial reporting.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, preparing reports, and supporting tax compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and support timely month-end closing.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns.
- Handle accruals, amortization, reversals, GL mapping, chart of accounts, controlling accounts,



account finalization, FX transactions, receivables, and payables.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting concepts and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
