We will be starting with treating patients suffering from Osteoarthritis.

We expect you to be compassionate, emphatic towards patients, explaining them clearly and focussed towards curing them.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
1. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
2. Content Creation (Creative Maker): Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and marketing copy, adhering to brand voice and style guidelines.
3. Visual Content Creation (Video Editing): Create engaging visual content, including graphics, images, videos, and infographics, to accompany written content and enhance brand storytelling.
4. Content Calendar: Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and production timelines to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
6. Social Media Management:



Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
7. Whatsapp Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute whatsapp marketing campaigns, leveraging content to nurture leads and drive conversions. .

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Previous experience in teleconsulting, telemarketing, or a related customer engagement role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
Proficiency in using phone systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Robust problem-solving and persuasion skills.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
Conversant in Hindi, English, Marathi.
