We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery, placement, and quality control of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the RMC plant, transportation team, pumping crew, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise RMC deliveries and concrete pouring activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with the batching plant, dispatch team, transit mixers, and pumping crew for timely execution.
- Monitor concrete quality at the site and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct and witness quality checks such as slump tests and cube sampling.
- Ensure proper placement, finishing, and curing of concrete.
- Liaise with clients, site engineers, and contractors to resolve operational issues.
- Track daily concrete consumption and prepare site activity reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines at all times.
- Address customer concerns and provide prompt solutions to site-related issues.
- Support the sales and operations teams in ensuring excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in RMC, construction, civil projects, or building materials industry preferred.
- Good understanding of concrete technology and site operations.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Tiruchirappalli.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
