Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the work of junior QS staff.
- Prepare and review tender documents, including cost estimates and budgets.
- Develop and implement project-specific estimating models and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and information for project planning.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform project decisions.
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
