Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate the work of junior QSs and other staff.

- Prepare and submit tenders, estimates, and quotations as required.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues.

- Develop and implement effective project management systems.

- Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials,



and industry standards.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.

- Robust analytical and organizational skills.
