- Undergo structured training across assigned departments (e.g., Sales, Service, Operations,
Production).
- Participate in classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and field exposure.
- Learn company products, processes, and systems in detail.
2. Technical Support
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research for exports and domestic markets
- Identify current dealers, body builders, and business opportunities region-wise
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making
- Evaluate exhibitions/events and recommend participation with costing and ROI logic
3. Project Assistance
- Support ongoing projects related to operations, process improvement, or customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track and report progress on assigned tasks.
- 4. Sales & Customer Interaction (if applicable)
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Support customer visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic technical inputs.
