Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of niche talent across Engineering, Architecture, and other non-IT functions.
- Prior experience in the BIM/AEC (Building Information Modeling, Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry will be an added advantage.
- Build talent pipelines through market mapping, headhunting, and proactive sourcing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for critical and leadership hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct screening, salary negotiation, offer closure, and candidate engagement.
- Track recruitment metrics and support improvements in the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and BGV coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in niche, technical, internal, and lateral hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
