Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the ACP, glass, lamination, and plywood segments.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate recent markets, expand existing customer relationships, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in channel sales or similar role in the building material industry.
- Strong understanding of ACP, glass, lamination, and plywood products and their applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
