Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS.
- Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and up-to-date web applications.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture, design, and engineering best practices.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Drive AI-powered engineering tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define coding standards, documentation, and software security practices.
- Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
- Identify technical risks, reduce technical debt, and drive architectural improvements.

Preferred candidate profile





- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS for full-stack development.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable SaaS and cloud-based applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, test automation, and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
