3-5 years of Airbus exp with NC (non confirmity) management

Manufacturing & Shop floor Engineer / Technical coordinator for A320 Final Assembly Line FAL / FOT / Working Party / Flight Line

The idea is to decrease the backlog of NCs / clean workflow during these extended hours.

Project: workflow and Non-conformities (NC) management of the A320 FAL in the rework team of Airbus (KAYL) for the forward fuselage

NC and Outstanding work planning for the operators (Mechanical, Electrical, Aju)

Job cards preparation following Aircraft Managers priorities

Prioritize operations close to Flight Operational Test and FAL production plan

Analyze and document the NC with relevant drawings, Standard Operation Instructions, Work Orders





Steer suppliers in case of rework (Safran, Stelia, Leonardo, HAL, CAC, LAT, SGS)

Check part availability and re-order in case of non-availability.

Work closely with production, quality, report daily tasks / KPIs.

Knowledge of NCs and Concessions

Creation of Ordering-NCs

Creation of Standard NCs

Organizing a worflow for dealing with NCs

Steering NCs to Exchange

Creation of Work-Orders

Airbus masterized laptop, possibility to work with Nomad, SAP PEA, SAP PDA, SAP PAC, ACPnG, NoVo, Zamiz (Airina), Tandem, CATIA v5 (advantage), Norm master, IBM GILDA,
