Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced In-Office Marketing Executive to handle IndiaMART inquiries, customer communication, and sales coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IndiaMART software and good communication skills to manage leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage IndiaMART inquiries on a daily basis.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales.
- Communicate with customers regarding product details and quotations.
- Maintain inquiry records and CRM data.
- Coordinate with internal sales and production teams.
- Prepare reports and maintain customer database.
- Support business development and marketing activities from the office.
Required Skills
- Hands-on Experience with IndiaMART Software (Mandatory).
- Lead Generation and Follow-up Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Customer Handling and Coordination Skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Machine Showroom Industry preferred.
