Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for large, complex, and strategic bids across

- Partner with pursuit leaders, partners, and senior stakeholders to define win themes, value propositions, and client-centric messaging

- Run the war-room sessions effectively without any supervision

- Ability to create orals presentations and speaker notes in a timely manner

- Manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

- Ensure compliance with client requirements, firm brand standards, and risk policies

- Provide direction on storyboarding, messaging, and overall proposal positioning

- Ability to run and present to Senior Partners and Leadership

- Reporting for leadership review, track bid progress, maintain pursuit pipeline, and support reporting requirements

- Lead the conceptualisation of theme-based, visually engaging proposal documents that align with client needs and pursuit strategy

- Champion best practices in proposal writing, editing, and storytelling.





- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in proposal management to enhance win rates

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience in proposals, bid writing, or a related pre-sales function preferably in qualified services, consulting, or an enterprise environment responding to RFPs/RFIs

- Experience working with the Big Four or Top 10 consulting firms in their Global Delivery Services (GDS) or Global Capability Centers (GCC)

- Strong written English with demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively; excellent editing and proofreading skills

- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and proposal automation tools

- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and track deliverables across time zones
