Job Summary

We are looking for a techno-commercial professional to drive business development and delivery of Management System Certification (MSC) services. The role involves sales, certification project coordination, customer relationship management, auditor scheduling, and end-to-end certification lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and achieve sales targets for Management System Certification services.
- Promote ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 and other management system certification services.
- Develop customer relationships, prepare proposals, quotations, and support commercial negotiations.
- Manage certification projects from enquiry to certificate issuance.
- Coordinate audit planning, surveillance, recertification, auditor allocation, and certification timelines.




- Ensure timely completion of audit reports, documentation, and compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Act as the primary customer contact and coordinate with auditors, technical reviewers, and internal teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the TIC industry (Mandatory).
- Experience in Management System Certification, Certification Coordination, Technical Sales, Project Delivery, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Positive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, certification processes, and accredited certification bodies.
