Job Description Sr Manager Growth & Product Marketing

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI products and automation solutions.
- Own product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
- Build and scale lead generation playbooks across inbound, outbound, content, events, partner, and referral channels.
- Drive qualified pipeline growth and improve conversion across the marketing funnel.
- Launch new products, features, and market initiatives in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships, technology alliances, referral programs, and affiliate networks.
- Create customer success stories, case studies, and market-facing content that supports revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Work closely with leadership to identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Manage external marketing partners, agencies, and contractors as needed.

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, growth marketing,



demand generation, or related functions.
- Proven experience marketing SaaS, AI, automation, or technology products.
- Demonstrated ownership of product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market launches.
- Strong experience building lead generation programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience creating and managing partner, reseller, referral, channel, or affiliate programs.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and performance measurement tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
