What you'll do
Recruit, train, and drive a team of Business Development Executives
Support closings — joint site visits, negotiation, documentation handoff to CRM
Own the team target: 3 bookings per month
Report weekly results and next-week strategy to your Sales Head
What you'll earn
Fixed salary: ₹25,000/month
Incentives: ₹30–₹80 per sq ft on team sales
Clear promotion path to Sales Head based on performance, not tenure
✅ What we're looking for
2–5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year leading or mentoring a team (real estate strongly preferred)
Proven personal closing record — you lead from the front
Kannada + English/Hindi; solid local Bengaluru market knowledge
