Job Description:
Fund Accounting
Maintain books and records for Private Equity funds and related entities
Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
Prepare monthly/quarterly NAV packages and financial statements
Perform bank and portfolio reconciliations
Track investment activity (funding, exits, valuations)
Calculate management fees, carried interest, and expense allocations
Support audits and investor reporting
Investran Support
Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Investran
Perform data uploads, validations, and reconciliations within the system
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors
Support system upgrades, testing (UAT), and enhancements
Maintain chart of accounts, investor data, and fund structures in the system
Generate and customize reports from Investran

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Private Equity / Alternative Investment fund accounting
Strong hands-on experience with Investran (core requirement)
Valuable understanding of fund structures (GP/LP), capital activity, and waterfalls
Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
Strong Excel skills
