About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create high-converting ad creatives, posters, banners, and social media designs for our e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should have experience designing creatives that improve click-through rates and conversions for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

- Design high-quality ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Create posters, banners, product images, and promotional graphics.
- Edit product images for websites and marketplaces.
- Design carousel ads, reels thumbnails, and story creatives.
- Create festival offers, sale banners, and branding materials.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve ad performance.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines.
- Deliver creatives within deadlines.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Experience designing Meta Ads creatives.
- Knowledge of social media design trends.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with AI tools for creative design is a plus.
- Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) is preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
