Roles and Responsibilities :
- Willing to work in the shifts in 24*7 Model
- Resolving the customer and user technical issues
- Troubleshooting to find the root cause of the error
- Maintaining the 100% SLA targets
- SLA report preparation
- Inter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues
Job Requirements :
- Experience in Billing Systems (BSCS) , Provisioning , payment etc module
- Experience in Telecom Operations
- Valuable knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIX
- Good understanding of the Telecom domain
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, network, and host layers
- Ability to understand PL-SQL procedures
- Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.)
- Willingness to work in a 247 shift model
- Telecom operational support background
