Role & Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train and manage a team of Financial Advisors in your local market

- Drive financial product sales through the various channel to achieve monthly business targets

- Conduct field visits, joint calls and activities to support advisor productivity

- Build strong relationships with advisors and customers; ensure persistency and compliance (KYC)

- Own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and performance management of the agency team

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2-7 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Direct Sales / Field Sales

- Candidates from Banking Sales, Loan/Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales or Financial Advisory background preferred

- Robust communication, team-handling and local market network

- Graduate in any discipline





- Two-wheeler and smartphone required for field role
