Job Objective: - To drive corporate business development by managing insurance and TPA partnerships, corporate tie-ups, empanelment's, and key client relationships, while ensuring business growth and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage corporate tie-ups with insurance companies, TPAs, corporates, and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, client meetings, and market visits.
- Handle end-to-end empanelment, commercial negotiations, and agreement finalization with insurers and TPAs.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, insurance partners, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with billing, operations, medical, and front office teams for smooth claim processing and service delivery.
- Drive account growth through regular client engagement and business development initiatives.




- Organize corporate health camps, wellness programs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor revenue, maintain MIS, prepare business reports, and achieve assigned business targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and recommend strategies for business expansion.

Experience

- 4- 8 years of experience in Insurance, TPA, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or Healthcare Business Development.
- Experience in corporate tie-ups and insurance empanelment will be preferred.
