Agniforma Techcraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In charge (Hardware) to manage the day-to-day operations of the hardware store. The role involves inventory management, ERP transactions, material handling, stock control, and coordination with Production, Purchase, Quality Control, and Dispatch to ensure smooth factory operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage complete hardware store operations from inward material receipt to dispatch.
- Receive materials and coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspection and approval.
- Perform inward entries in the ERP system after QC approval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and accountability of all hardware materials.
- Store and organize materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability for production.
- Verify hardware requirements against the Bill of Materials (BoM).
- Coordinate with the Purchase team for replenishment of materials when required.




- Follow up on pending purchase orders until material is received.
- Issue hardware to the Production team as per the approved BoM.
- Record all material issue transactions in the ERP system.
- Close packing lists in the ERP system after dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality Control, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Store Management or Inventory Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ERP software and inventory management processes.
- Understanding of Bill of Materials (BoM), stock control, and material handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate documentation.
