Position Overview:

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytical finance professional to join our Commercial Finance team. This role will partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Distribution teams to drive business performance, commercial governance, and profitable growth across the India market. The position is responsible for managing trade finance operations, distributor and channel partner engagements, budgeting and forecasting processes, commercial controls, and business performance reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with a proactive, business-partnering mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Deliverables:

- Manage commercial finance operations for the SharkNinja India business.
- Implement and govern commercial policies, ensuring adequate financial controls and compliance across business processes.
- Provide decision support to the business through insightful, value-added MIS, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Drive trade spend optimization with a strong focus on ROI, while monitoring market hygiene and commercial effectiveness.
- Oversee trade receivables, trade inventory, and ensure timely and seamless claims settlement processes.
- Lead commercial finance engagements with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the monthly Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process.




- Support the annual budgeting process and monitor monthly PL performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key business insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, FPA, or related finance functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from financial and business data.
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid presentation skills.
- Experience working with distributors, trade channels, and commercial finance processes will be an added advantage.
