Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial operations, support business decision-making, and maintain compliance with Indian statutory regulations. Experience working with US Companies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement).
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / GAAP) and statutory regulations.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.




- Monitor cost control, profitability, and financial risk.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI (Mandatory).
- 2 - 8+ years of post-qualification experience (based on role level).
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Compliance.
- Financial Reporting Standards.

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in industry-specific accounting (Manufacturing, E-commerce, etc., if applicable).
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and International Taxation (if relevant).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
