Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & execution: Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Design Coordination : End to end design coordination from conceptual stage to GFC

with architects, MEP, structure and all other relevant consultants.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan in a timely manner.

Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop & manage detailed project budgets and ensure that during execution costs are controlled and within the budgets.

Team Management: Develop, manage and groom a team of engineers for project execution.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.





Quality Control: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards by implementing quality control processes and procedures.

Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including those of investors, customers, and regulatory authorities.

Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are submitted to stakeholders and regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

Education:

BE/Diploma (Civil) or Masters degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management preferred.

Experience:

15+ years in construction project planning, execution and management.

Proven experience in leading projects, from excavation to finishing stage, preferably in premium/luxury development (high rise buildings).

Experience in execution of 70 meters vertical developments.

Must have completed minimum 2 projects from excavation to finishing.

Skills:

Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera.

Project planning and scheduling (Primavera, MS Project, Asta).
