URGENT HIRING | Accounts & Finance - AVP / DVP / VP | Leading NBFC Firm

Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Finance & Accounts within the BFSI sector? We're looking for a energetic finance leader to join a leading NBFC and drive financial excellence.

Role: Accounts & Finance (AVP / DVP / VP)

Industry: BFSI / NBFC

Eligibility

CA Qualified (Mandatory)

7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (BFSI)

Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance

Prior experience leading and managing finance teams is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial accounting, monthly/annual closing, and preparation of financial statements

Prepare MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership

Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking operations

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements





Coordinate statutory and internal audits while strengthening internal financial controls

Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives

Partner with business leaders on financial planning and strategic decision-making

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
