###Role & responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through chat support

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns

* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality

* Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

* Follow company guidelines and process requirements

* Ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers and Experienced both can apply

# Salary & Perks

* *CTC:* 22,000 per month

* *In-Hand Salary:* 19,000 per month

# Shift Details

* Night Shift Process

* Shift Window: *4:00 PM to 11:00 AM*

* Any 9-hour shift within the operational window

#Cab Facility

* Available during odd hours only (*11:00 PM to 5:00 AM*)

* Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided

# Weekly Offs

* 2 Rotational Week Offs
