Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and relationship-driven Alliance Partnership Associates to support and strengthen our strategic partnership and ecosystem initiatives.

This role is ideal for MBA freshers specializing in HR or Marketing who are interested in stakeholder management, partner engagement, branding initiatives, and business coordination. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration and effective execution of alliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and management of strategic alliances and partner relationships
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders for ongoing initiatives




- Assist in planning and executing partnership engagement activities, campaigns, and events
- Maintain regular communication with alliance partners and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
- Collaborate with internal business, marketing, and HR teams for partnership-related activities
- Track partnership performance, maintain reports, and update management on ongoing initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, partnership documents, and reports
- Support branding and outreach activities to improve organizational visibility and partner engagement

Required Qualifications & Skills

- MBA Freshers specializing in HR or Marketing from a recognized institute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in partnerships, business coordination, and relationship management
