Territory Manager Agency Channel-5+ years

We are looking for a Territory Manager – Agency Channel to drive Life Insurance business through advisor recruitment, development, and productivity enhancement. Location-Multiple locations across India(Delhi,Mumbai,Berhamhore,kolkata,Guwahati,Hyderabad,Jaipur,Vijaywada,Kolhapur,Jamshedpur,Ahmedabad,Varanasi,Kanpur,Bangalore,Chennai)

Responsibilities

1. Recruit, train, and activate quality insurance advisors/agents
2. Build and manage a robust agency distribution network
3. Drive New Business Premium (NBP) growth through agency partners
4. Maintain strong relationships with advisors and stakeholders
5. Provide on-ground support for customer acquisition and business growth
6. Conduct product, sales, and process training sessions
7. Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies
8. Track performance metrics and share MIS reports with stakeholders

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
2. At least 2 years of experience in Agency/APC Channel
3. Proven track record in advisor/agent recruitment and development
4. Strong understanding of agency business and sales processes
5.



Experience with leading Life Insurance companies preferred
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
