- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to optimize system performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align database strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
- Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and data integrity principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery techniques to ensure data safety.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for database systems.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
