- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Experience with configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to support business processes.
- Robust understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP GRC applications to enhance system performance.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
