JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose

This role exists to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies, enabling the company to deliver reliable and high-performance financial solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesMajor Activities carried out by the role

1. Major Activity 1

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior team members and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of data access layers using Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and Dapper.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of microservices and microapps for scalable application development.
- Use Git and Azure DevOps pipelines for source control, build management, and deployment activities.

- Major Activity 2

- Participate in peer code reviews and learn from feedback shared by senior developers and team leads.
- Support application performance improvement activities through efficient coding and optimization techniques.

- Major Activity 3

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of development activities.
- Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices to enhance technical skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

- Making decisions on validation logic, input sanitization, and security practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Implementing effective error-handling mechanisms and deciding on logging strategies for easier debugging and monitoring.




- Identifying bottlenecks and applying caching, asynchronous processing, or query optimization to enhance performance.

Major Challenges

The role involves working within tight deadlines while learning to deliver high-quality solutions. It requires adapting to recent and evolving technologies, as well as gaining experience in handling moderately complex systems. It also involves developing ownership of assigned tasks end-to-end over time.

Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications

- Should have strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design Concepts.
- Should have extensive experience in product/application development using Microsoft stack.
- Should have experience in developing applications using design principle/patterns and architecture design patterns like MVC and MVVM.
- Should have knowledge in asynchronous programming practices using .Net Task Parallel concepts.
- Should have experience in writing data access code using Microsoft Entity Framework.
- Preference Experience in Financial Domain.

- Experience should be between 2 to 3 years.
