The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.




- Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to increase efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to customer relationship management systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their implementation in software environments.
- Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting while managing individual responsibilities.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
