Job Summary
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Gen AI, Computer vision domain
• Full time PhD in AI/ GenAI / Vision domain from IIT / NIT institutes are preferred
• Solid proficiency in Deep Learning, OCR/ICR, Computer Vision, AI model lifecycle, GenAI and LLM
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in Python and ML algorithms.
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).
• Cloud proficiency in AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
• Lead design, development, and optimization of AI/ML models for Document Intelligence
• Build and fine‑tune deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Drive projects involving Generative AI, Agentic AI platforms, and advanced model engineering.




• Drive Research in advanced RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and vector database integrations for intelligent retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.
• Publish Technical journals / White Papers
• File patent applications

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
